Our inspectors all bring with them the experience and  knowledge gained from their extensive backgrounds in the construction industry.  Our inspectors strictly abide by the Standards and Practices and Code of Ethics set fourth by FABI ®, the Florida Association of Building Inspectors.

Our clients are of the utmost importance to us, and providing them with the most complete service possible is our goal.  While there is usually an accommodating voice at our office to receive your call, our voice mail system ensures a prompt response to all inquiries.  Also, all of our Inspectors are equipped with cellular phones and digital pagers to be available at all times for your questions.

Our rates reflect the time and difficulty involved for inspecting properties of different types and sizes. Appointments are scheduled so that our inspectors are never rushed, and our clients receive the quality inspection they're paying for.  We understand time is valuable and our goal is to be as accommodating as possible.
