We have been State Certified for mobile home set-ups and installations, and we are trained to inspect tie down anchoring systems of these homes.
				We offer several different types of inspections for Mobile / Manufactured Home owners. • Tie Down Anchor Systems Inspections Includes: Inspection of ground anchor, anchor straps and attachment method. Average Cost $75.00 • Complete Under Carriage Inspections Includes: Tie down anchor system, exposed plumbing & electrical systems, foundation piers and blocking, vapor barrier, exposed HVAC ducts and general site condition. Average Cost $100.00 • If You Are A Home Buyer We Recommend A Complete Home Inspection Which Also Includes The Tie Down Anchors And The Undercarriage. Average Cost: $200.00
